Well, part of the reason for doing this now is because I was too busy (or lazy) at the beginning of the summer to do so. I need to establish residency so I don't have to pay those outlandish fees.
I love you my dearest! I'm so happy for ya! I just found out how much gass costs:( This side of driving ain't fun.
