It's not right for me to let this go on too long--this silent treatment. I haven't drawn inspiration from anything lately. If I do let out what's on my mind, you'll just hear me grappling with cars, pollution, freeways, trash, and a muted sun. And other stuff. Poor wild narisilme.

Silence...just a little while longer.

Oh, come now . . . surely someone with your abilities can be inspired by almost anything . . .

I'm sure you could write a moving poem about pollution :-)

In a month when things are all cleaned up, having six people in our humble abode will seem much more romaticized and you can write about the adventures through our personal jungle. We've got some bamboo... it's possible!

"And I will not be silent, no / And I will not be quiet anymore...." (repeat a whole bunch of times)

And while we're on the topic, a good quote:

"Art destroys silence." - Dmitri Shostakovich

Looking forward to the silence being destroyed (even on a blog),
AJ

Eleanor,
I think you should write a post about the truthfulness of Ewan McGregors teeth in Moulon Rouge. I think it would have a big result!

Never stop laughing,
